Kash Turns 1 {Cake Smash} - Taber Family Photographer

My little man turned one.... (well on May 8th. Personal projects seem to get pushed off a little in the 'photography season').
I can not get over how fast that year went! Although, I really can't remember my life without him. He is the light, laughter and love of my life.
He loves monkeys. Maybe its because I call him my little monkey...? Im not sure, but like I said, he LOVES monkeys. I aquired a sock monkey collection for him, and have turned his room into a sock monkey themed room as well. So what better than to have a Sock Monkey themed birthday party for my now one year old.

This session is kind of dear to me. This beautiful girl Erin and her equally beautiful sister Brooklynne are like family to me, and when I get asked to do portrait sessions for them, I am thrilled! These girls are up for absolutely anything and are so easy to photograph. They are model pros! or should be... :)
Erin is going to college in Edmonton pursuing her musical talents and asked me to take some photos for her personal advertisement. If you haven't heard her sing, check out The Peace Riots on facebook!
